How many houses do people look at while in the market for a new home? One might be surprised to find that a single digit often fills the blank with the magic number six. Lately, I have been out looking in the Dallas Fort Worth area Metroplex and the numbers have been much larger because of the multiple offer situation of just very limited housing. One client offers a contract on at least one home each time we are out, but it doesn’t matter, the client has lost. Why?
